Expressions

The art exhibit, titled “Expressions – An Exhibit by Exceptional Artists”, will showcase art works by special education youths from three organizations: The Art of Autism, Bridges Academy, and Bacon Day School. 

The Art of Autism is an international non-profit organization that focuses on networking autistic artists to make their artworks shown to the world. Located in Studio City, Bridges Academy is a leader in education for exceptional students in grades 4 through 12. Beacon Day School of Orange County is known for their unique art programs for exceptional students. All these organizations will also be present at the ceremony.

Our museum is always supportive of developing art talents in the society, especially for those with special needs, by providing opportunities such as art exhibits and competitions. Many exceptional students are defined by their challenges, but they should get chances to develop and demonstrate their art strengths and talents. This art exhibit provides the opportunity for those exceptional students to express their emotions via art, show their innate artistic abilities, cultivate a sense of accomplishment and strengthen their self-values.

This art exhibit is strictly for the benefit of the society and is not commercial. As a nonprofit organization, our museum always has a charitable mission to support special groups. We are proud to be able to present the artworks of these truly exceptional young people in this art exhibit.
